Walleye Wind Energy Center

Completed in 2022, Walleye Wind is the newest addition of renewable energy to MMPA’s portfolio. The approximately 110 MW wind energy center is located in Rock County, MN.  Walleye Wind Energy Center is expected to generate renewable energy equal to more than 20% of MMPA’s annual energy needs.  MMPA has a long-term contract to purchase all the renewable, carbon-free energy from the energy center.
