On Tuesday, July 24^th, MMPA hosted its Annual Meeting with city officials at the Rockwoods Event Center in Otsego (Elk River Municipal Utilities’ service territory). The event presented a good opportunity for council members, utility commissioners, and other city officials and staff to learn more about the Agency and its successes and future plans.
